- Connected account access will be revoked where applicable.
Backup Systems
Certain information may remain in secure backups for a limited period following deletion before permanent removal.
Legal Retention
FinFavorite may retain information where required by law, regulation, court order, legal process, fraud prevention requirements, or legitimate business interests.
Verification
FinFavorite may require verification of identity before fulfilling deletion requests.
Response Time
FinFavorite will make reasonable efforts to process verified deletion requests within thirty (30) days, subject to applicable law and operational constraints.
