Welcome to FinFavorite. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FinFavorite website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Definitions

  • "FinFavorite," "we," "our," and "us" refer to FinFavorite and its affiliates.
  • "User," "you," and "your" refer to any person accessing or using the Services.
  • "Connected Account" means a financial account connected through a third-party provider, including SnapTrade.
  • "Content" means information, data, analytics, reports, charts, visualizations, text, graphics, software, and other materials made available through the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements.

Description of Services

FinFavorite provides software tools that allow users to:

  • Aggregate financial account information;
  • Analyze transactions and spending behavior;
  • View portfolio holdings and allocations;
  • Monitor concentration and diversification metrics;
  • Generate reports and insights;
  • Receive automated categorizations and analytics.

FinFavorite is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, registered investment adviser, financial planner, tax advisor, accounting firm, law firm, fiduciary, or custodian.

Third-Party Account Connectivity

Financial account connectivity is facilitated by third-party providers, including SnapTrade. FinFavorite does not collect or store users' financial institution login credentials. You authorize FinFavorite and its service providers to retrieve, process, and display information associated with your Connected Accounts.

FinFavorite is not responsible for:

  • Account connection failures;
  • Delayed information;
  • Missing information;
  • Incorrect information;
  • Institution outages;
  • Third-party service interruptions.

Data availability depends upon financial institutions and third-party providers.

No Investment, Tax, Legal, or Financial Advice

The Services provide informational and educational tools only. Nothing within the Services constitutes:

  • Investment advice;
  • Financial advice;
  • Tax advice;
  • Accounting advice;
  • Legal advice;
  • Brokerage services;
  • Fiduciary services;
  • Portfolio management services.

You remain solely responsible for all financial decisions.

Portfolio Analytics and Concentration Metrics

FinFavorite may provide analytics regarding:

  • Portfolio allocations;
  • Sector exposures;
  • Security concentrations;
  • Diversification characteristics;
  • Risk indicators;
  • Performance metrics.

Classifications such as Concentrated, High Concentration, Elevated Exposure, and Diversified are generated using FinFavorite methodologies and thresholds. Such classifications do not constitute recommendations to:

  • Buy securities;
  • Sell securities;
  • Hold securities;
  • Diversify holdings;
  • Rebalance portfolios.

These classifications are analytical tools only.

Artificial Intelligence Features

FinFavorite may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated systems to:

  • Categorize transactions;
  • Generate summaries;
  • Produce portfolio analytics;
  • Identify trends;
  • Generate educational insights.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or incorrect assumptions. Users should independently verify all information before relying upon it.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information;
  • Maintain account security;
  • Use the Services lawfully;
  • Protect login credentials;
  • Notify FinFavorite of unauthorized access.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer the Services;
  • Attempt unauthorized access;
  • Interfere with platform operation;
  • Upload malicious code;
  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

Subscriptions and Fees

Certain Services may require payment. Fees, billing terms, and renewal terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all associated software, designs, content, trademarks, logos, analytics methodologies, and intellectual property are owned by FinFavorite or its licensors. No rights are granted except those expressly provided in these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINFAVORITE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.

FINFAVORITE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR FREE;
  • DATA WILL BE COMPLETE;
  • DATA WILL BE ACCURATE;
  • THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINFAVORITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

  • INVESTMENT LOSSES;
  • MISSED OPPORTUNITIES;
  • TAX CONSEQUENCES;
  • DATA INACCURACIES;
  • SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS;
  • LOSS OF PROFITS;
  • LOSS OF GOODWILL.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FINFAVORITE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) FEES PAID BY THE USER DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FinFavorite from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Services;
  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Violation of applicable law;
  • Infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

FinFavorite may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to Terms

FinFavorite may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
